Easy, affordable, across the street from waterside. Enough spaces and a great photo opportunity and quick date night set up provided for my clients through my business at Poshpicnixs & events. Clean, quiet and a nice view!

Nice parking garage for access to Waterside and for the Spirit of Mount Vernon cruises. Fee during HarborFest is $10 for the day, paid upon entry. EV parking and chargers available on the first level. There is a covered walkway to cross the street on the second level.

After observing a non-electric vehicle parked in an EV-designated space, I contacted the Norfolk Parking Enforcement Division to report the violation. During this interaction, I was informed that the vehicle belonged to one of their own parking enforcement officers. This is concerning for several reasons: 1. It violates established parking regulations that the division is tasked with enforcing 2. The officer disregarded designated staff parking areas available to enforcement personnel 3. This behavior demonstrates a double standard between enforcement staff and the general public This incident reflects poorly on the department's commitment to fair and consistent enforcement of parking regulations. Love this place ... One of the few municipal parking spaces in the country where the city says we really honor you for coming downtown Norfolk whether for work, visit, and/or play.

A great place to park when you are attending a festival at Waterside. The staff was friendly. It was easy to get in and out of.
