The experience of having a pool designed and created in my yard has been superb! From beginning to end I was kept informed my questions were answered accurately and promptly. The entire staff were kind and courteous. A special thank you to Kat for the best communication and consistent working for the realization of my dream. My dream had come true! Waterside Pools is a great company that cares about their customers and the community. Daria gave us a great design that fit the odd shape of our backyard perfectly. Cat, the construction manager, kept the project running smoothly and always heard my crazy questions and answered with grace. They were always in constant communication letting me know through emails each time a phase or point of the project was completed. I know that the job was done correctly, putting my mind at ease and we look forward to enjoying our pool for years to come. Thank you guys for a job well done!

We are over the moon with how our pool build came out! We were so happy that Waterside Pools Inc. builds in St. John's County. We were familiar with their work since they built my in-law's pool in Palm Coast. Daria took our ideas and designed our dream pool with spa with no sales pressure at all. Working with Cat (our construction supervisor for the project) was always a positive experience! Minor things came up as they usually do, but they were absolutely great about correcting any issues. We can't recommend them enough!

Waterside Pools is absolutely the best!! We had a very challenging project due to our close proximity to the canals on a “tip” lot, and the fact that we had to build the pool inside a retaining wall. Jason’s team came up with innovative design and construction solutions and executed flawlessly! We have been enjoying our dream pool with “infinity” canal views for a year and a half, and it is everything we hoped for and more! 😊 Waterside has also done a wonderful job on our pool service and maintenance!! After exploring several companies in the area we elected to go with Waterside. The price was reasonable and the company was professionally run. They met all deadlines as stated and were responsive to all our requests. We interacted with Tamara and Kat throughout the process and found them to both be class acts and a pleasure to work with.
