From the very first call, our experience was excellent. I initially spoke with Isaac, who was extremely thorough in explaining what the potential issues could be and what the initial costs might look like. He was clear, patient, and made sure we understood the process before scheduling the visit. Juan came out as our plumber, and he was just as professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was checking and why. We especially appreciated how careful he was when opening the drywall—he made a point not to cut more than necessary and covered the work area to keep everything clean and protected. That level of care really stood out. Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend Water Tech Plumbing!

Jacob went above and beyond AND was very knowledgeable and professional. He ended up fixed the leak in my roof that was coming from the upstairs neighbors shower and while he was fixed the leak (which was dripping into my shower) he noticed my shower head messed up he personally took me to Home Depot and we came back and he replaced it
