I’m very satisfied with Watertown Cleaning Services. Paul was very kind over the phone and schedule pick up of my rug expeditiously. I got it back in a week and his team delivered it in a careful and professional manner. Extremely pleased with their service and pleasant customer service, which is uncommon nowadays.

I called to book a same-day appointment, and they were able to come out and clean the carpets in both bedrooms right away. The service was fast, friendly, and affordable. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I dropped off 3 vintage upholstered chairs and 2 large area rugs in need of deep cleaning. Paul is very knowledgeable and knew just how to carefully clean my pieces and he kindly delivered when they were ready! They look new and much less expensive than replacing!

Two gentlemen showed up first thing in the morning. Well mannered, and on time. Took care of the tile and carpeting throughout the entire home. Job came out great , They verified we were happy with everything before leaving. Thanks again

Great service! They were able to pick up and drop off my large rug which made it super convenient! Needed my rug cleaned due to my dog having frequent accidents on it. Rug came back looking great with no stains on it!! Thank you.
