I was about to cross a busy street on Georgia avenue. Thank God I didn’t because a driver and his son almost caused an accident. The light was red and the truck was about to run the light but stopped beyond the crosswalk. The cars behind made room for the driver to back up but unfortunately the driver sat pass the crosswalk. I tried to just ask to back up as pedestrians had to walk in the road to cross and it was a woman with a stroller as well. The driver’s young son saw and told him but the driver ignored me. Thank God no accident and maybe the driver was embarrassed but that was dangerous the least he could have done was backed up instead of ignoring me when I am happy I hesitated crossing because I would of been hit.
