Watkins was wonderful to work with!! I was directing a difficult home refurbishing project for a family member in Shawnee from out of state and that can be quite a feat! Jamie at Watkins was professional, kept me informed with every step of the HVAC complete redo as well as what their tech's would need to do to resolve any problems that arose. Trying to hire companies from another state can be quite tricky. Watkins walked me through every step professionally with confidence in the finished product. Also, sent pictures of before and after! They might be a little more expensive than other companies I interviewed in that area but hands down their work is superior!! My family member is very pleased and so am I. I would recommend Watkins HVAC to anyone!!

From the first phone call to Watkins, I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Jamie was so great to work with! Jay came out to look everything over, then he didn’t just mail or email the quotes, he actually came and discussed them with us. Jake and the young men who came and replaced our units were respectful and very hard-working! The job was finished way faster than we expected! We know we have found a company we can trust and that means so much to us. Great experience with the Watkins bunch!

The technician who came to inspect our AC unit was nice enough. He spent 15 minutes addressing what was at fault, charged me almost $120 and told me his office would call that night or the next day with a price quote to fix our AC. That was over two weeks ago. My lady called a few days after that day, talked to a woman who again said they'd get back in touch but it's been silence from Watkins since. I'd love a refund. This is not how a business should conduct themselves considering we haven't been difficult to deal with, until now with this factual review.

We have been using Watkins since the early 90's and only have good things to say about them. Sure, we tried others throughout the years but have to yet to find anyone out there that comes close to the pricing and the friendly service from Watkins. Plus, they are just good people. They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit (the old one they installed finally gave out after 17-18 years) and could not be happier with the exception of not having the old one go out. The price, ease of installation and service from Jay, Jake, Jamie and everyone else that came out was exceptional. I highly recommend Watkins and I did not get paid in any form to write this. One final note, a Bravo Zulu to Watkins!

We needed to upgrade an early 80’s whole house heating and cooling system, and have new ducks installed on the second floor. Watkins was able to take care of all of our unique needs with the older home, and addressed all concerns we had to make sure our whole system ran as efficiently as needed. In all honesty we were hesitant at first with picking such a new “smart” system, but as promised we did see an amazing drop in our energy usage this summer with the installed system. Our energy bill dropped from $500 a month last year this time to less than $250 this summer! We cannot thank Jay and his team for all they did during those days of install. We truly appreciated each one of them for all they did!
