Great quality service, prices were comparable to other quotes in the area, so very reasonable pricing. I called basically right after they closed to request a quote to replace a pressure reducer valve and he got back to me almost immediately. They've earned my trust and I will be using Watkins for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I called and he came right over, sized up the job and quoted a fair price. I agreed to the price and he started on the job right then! Great communication and service! I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get in and get out. He explained things very clearly and even waited to make sure it was working before he left. I also liked that he knew exactly what needed to be done and got right on it. The prices are fair and worth the knowledge and experience. Very friendly and no sales pitch for a bunch of expensive stuff that you don’t need. We will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs!

Background: Waterline break outside of the home occured and another company had come to "fix" the leak. The previous company had disabled an outside faucet. Watkins came out and fixed what the other company had done. They were professional and worked very quickly to remedy the situation. I am greatful to finally have water to my outside faucet. I will definitely call them for any future situations if they arise! I highly recommend them. Thank you!
