Scott was excellent. From the 1st phone call until our report he communicated wonderfully. After our report was done we received a full report that was easy to understand. Even on a new build he found a couple of small errors but it would of been huge for us down the road. Even if your house is brand new get a home inspection with Scott. He specializes in new builds too. You think because it's brand new you dont need it but I'm definitely am glad we did. I cant stress that enough. He even used a drone to go over the roof wich was pretty cool to see the entire roof view.

Scott Watson is hands down the best home inspector in the business. His reports are so thorough even the developer asked for his contact information. Fast forward 1 yr our new home warranty is almost up called scott for a 1 yr inspection and sure enough he finds things that need to be addressed. Thankful for someone who is finally on “our” side.
