Watson Well

Watson Well installed a tank, water treatment system for us near Bridgeville, CA. The equipment is good quality, but the installation and repairs left a lot to be desired. The pressurization pump was not bolted down! This caused the plastic pipe connections to break. When they were called out to fix it they simply replaced the broken pipe. Guess what, it broke again. This time I bolted down the pump and fixed it myself. The Ozone treatment system requires regular maintenance, they didn’t tell us this, just left the manuals stuffed behind the pipes and the system failed. We paid them to replace most of the parts. The 5000 gallon tank has a stencil above the outlet saying “flexible connector is required” on the outlet piping The tank was hard piped and we believe broke as a result of the las

Watson Well to the rescue! Had an emergency situation with our well – 7 houses without water. Trent and Noah were here within an hour – they were able to squeeze us in between their appointments and they got us back up and running in no time. We were even happy when the bill came – they didn’t gouge us at all, and we were very pleased with their reasonable rates. We highly recommend Watson Well and trust them with all of our well needs!

I have been doing business with Watson Well for almost 20 years and I am very happy to have found them. They replaced my whole system (a private well) about 10 years ago and everything is fine. They have saved us a couple times when we suddenly had no water. They have always responded in a timely manner -- usually within hours. They do an annual maintenance on my system and keep me posted on what is needed to keep the system running efficiently. Always friendly. Great to deal with Very competent.

Don and Teri were awesome to work with. They rehabilitated two hand pump wells, installed new hand pumps on the wells, and replaced a water meter. The wells work flawlessly and are being used by campers this summer. Due to the more than expected snowfall this winter we had to wait until the site was accessible. Teri kept me notified of when they could get to the site and then Don and his crew got right in it and finished the project 3 months early. I will be using Watson Well Service again!!
