Absolutely unacceptable! I received a letter with a notice fee of $87. The notice was dated 1/2/2025, but I only received it today, 1/13/2025—nearly two weeks later. The letter states that I have 15 days from the receipt of this notice to take action, but this delay leaves me with little time to respond. Additionally, the exit gate was open, which led me to believe the machines were not functioning. Assuming everything was fine, I left without paying, only to later learn that their cameras scan license plates. This system is misleading and unfair. Please fix the gates to ensure they remain closed if payment is pending and only open once payment has been confirmed.

Very cool place to park your car 🚙 It’s conveniently located close to Downtown Miami and not so expensive. Pretty clean and what’s more important - has some views!

Decent rates and some good deals for monthly parking. Very central.

I highly do not recommend this parking lot, if you leave 15 minutes later than the paid time, you will be accused of not paying for 2 hours 30 minutes and fined $87, as for monthly parking. Good luck with this garage!
