From start to finish, everything went really smoothly. The team was friendly, easy to reach, and always kept me updated on what was happening next. The installation itself was done on time, looks clean, and the crew did an awesome job keeping everything neat and professional. It’s nice to work with a company that actually follows through on what they promise — great communication and solid workmanship, and all at a reasonable price. Really happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend Wattson Home Solutions to anyone thinking about solar.

I used them back in 2022 and 3 years passed the insulation work they did is VERY POOR, last year I bought a thermal camera can monitor the wall temperature in winter, MANY AREA are cold, much colder than warm area. They said they complete the insulation and got MASS SAVE money but they left a poor job, VERY REGRETAFUL TO HIRE THEM, STAY AWAY. Photo updated in 2025, poor job.

Wattson Home Solutions did a wonderful job installing solar panels on our hoe. They took care of all the paperwork and permits, and figured out our federal and state tax credits. They showed up when they said they would and were polite and gladly answered questions. The staff was responsive and experienced and knew how to work with the various inspectors in my city to keep the process moving. I highly recommend Wattson.

My experience with Wattson Home Solutions has been one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire solar installation process was completely turnkey, no issues whatsoever with communication, payments, or project updates. Every time I had a question, the team was quick to respond and always kept me informed. What really stood out to me was their reliability, there was never any rescheduling or last-minute changes. Everything was on point, organized, and executed exactly as promised. My only regret is not moving forward with solar back when I first spoke to them in 2020–2022. I used a third party sight to assess what company to go with for solar installation. Wattson came up as a place that was affordable, quality, and local which were all aspects I was looking for. Although we had delays on installation due to factors not in their control, they stuck with us, and continued to communicate. The installation, when it did get done, was painless and done well. I would say my only complaint is the company is not the fastest communicators, and could partner with a different Bank for financing as UMass 5 I would not recommend. I called them for a home energy assessment now and will see how they respond to another task.
