Waugh Heat and Air installed our new HVAC system, and they were fantastic to work with! Their pricing was very reasonable, and they offered several great options that fit our budget. The team was always punctual and professional, showing up exactly when they said they would. Any warranty issues were handled quickly and with minimal disruption. Paid $310 because they said my refrigerant was low and that is why my A/C kept freezing. Added the refrigerant and this is the results after 5 days. So I paid for nothing. Would not recommend. Maybe find a repair service that doesn’t charge just to come see what the issue is and give you a good estimate.

They are great. Fast and friendly service. They make sure to do whatever they can to help and solve the problem instead of just shoving getting expensive new parts. My HVAC system is only about 7 years old and the man that came out (totally don't remember his name) took his time to figure out exactly what was wrong with it. 10/10 highly recommend!

Their driver of their van needs to pay attention when backing up!!!! They almost backed into me driving down Kirk road I was right behind the van on the road when they started backing up did not stop even when a horn was honked at them!!! Get off the cell phone and pay attention to driving I had my child in the car with me!!!!
