I cleaned up my shop area. Took wire and scrap metal to Waukesha Iron and Metal. They were quick to handle all the scrap I had. Got some spending cash now.

Rode behind one of the their vehicles this morning on Lannon road. Barely going the speed limit from waukesha to MenomoneeFalls . Go in the right lane when it splits and the driver starts racing me. Driving in excess of 50 miles an hour(40MPH zone)_. Get behind them. They slow down and let all of the people in the right hand turn lane go around. So I should have forced my way in? Kind of ridiculous. Putting up this review because I don't understand why this person had to race.

Just bought nearby. Never heard anything while looking, of course in the evening they aren't pounding metal. Now that I've moved in that 5am atomic bomb sound for sure shakes the house!! And what exactly is that bomb sound????? Had I known, I would have thought my purchase over. I'm hoping if I ever want to sell that I can. I should have done my homework. If you're thinking of buying within a couple miles of this place, think again... Kinda regret that I didn't study the area more. And the reviews don't sound too great. Sounds like the company doesn't really care, been in the area for years so they just don't care about their presence anymore...? Not sure, but reviews aren't good.

The guys there were working hard and efficient. I am always impressed when I go there. One of if not the best salvage and scrap yard to go to with your material. Office lady was fast and friendly, and the only downside was the rain.
