Wonderful experience! I called on a Friday and luckily they had an opening (cancellation )first thing Monday morning. Tyler came out and assessed the problem and was able to fix it quickly and at a good price. I would use Wave again without a doubt!

We used the online form on the website to submit a request to get a quote for electrical upgrades we needed for a new water heater. A staff member reached out to us on the next business day to schedule an appointment; we appreciated the quick response time especially since it was near the end of the holiday season. Geoff arrived a few minutes early on the day of our appointment, took the time to understand what we needed, generated a quote, and explained his recommendations in layman's terms. Geoff treated us courteously and worked efficiently on the same day he quoted the job so the electrical work would be complete before the water heater was installed several days later. Had several indoor and outdoor Light fixtures installed (replacements) and a dimmer. Tyler was great. Positive attitude and professional. Only complaint is the price Wave charges- very high compared to other companies.

Tyler came out to my kitchen and quickly assessed my issue, gave me a reasonable quote and completed the fix within an hour. He has a great attitude and went above and beyond by giving me his contact so I can follow up to ensure my issue stays resolved.
