Had An amazing experience with this company! They were super transparent about timing and Oscar came and he was so kind! He was very quick fixing the issue and it’s been working well ever since! Got a call the following Monday following up on how the heater is working to make sure everything was still okay. Would definitely chose them for any future issues with the unit!

Bogdan and Raluca (I hope I spelled it correctly) are an amazing team and have the fastest response times and top notch customer service. When our a/c broke, I called at 5:30 pm and Bogdan came the very next morning. I wish all companies would treat their customers this way. They're trustworthy, competent and very reliable. We love this company so much that I even scheduled an appointment for my parents' house. Our upstairs a/c unit (~20 years old) needed to be replaced and Bogdan walked us through the entire process and gave us a fair price for the amount of work that had to be done. The work was done meticulously and with great care. He explained everything that needed to be done and educated us on how to keep the system functioning properly for years to come i.e., change filters, etc.

This company is the greatest. My claim was covered by my home warranty and they were very helpful in communicating with them. They came on Friday and found out what part was needed. But before they got warranty approval to replace it they went and got the parts before the warehouse closed so they could do it on Saturday and we wouldn't be without AC till Monday afternoon in 110° weather. They were all very polite, professional, explained everything they were doing, and we're there earlier than they said, and did a great job.Don't see that very often. I'd definitely use them again
