Waychoff's Air Conditioning

I recently worked with Waychoff’s Air Conditioning for the installation of a mini split in my renovated garage office. While the process started with some miscommunication about whether my home’s central unit could handle the added space, their management team ultimately worked with me to find a fair solution. The installation itself was excellent—techs Demetric and Haubs were professional, thorough, and took time to educate me on proper use and maintenance. Even the inspector commented on the high quality of their work. Overall, the experience had bumps along the way, but Waychoff’s followed through and made things right. I’d recommend them, with the note that clearer communication up front would improve the customer experience.

Watch offs ac is gone unfortunately, they were bought by Fenwick. There last service call is my last. Ripped me off charging $109 for the guy to tell me I needed to call a maintance person and no explanation for leak. Really , for an AC vent leaking water through ceiling overhead.

Brad went above and beyond with the installation of my unit’s new blower motor. His dedication to service and professionalism was exemplary! Thanks Brad!
