I really appreciate this company and their diligence. They worked hard to get my unit back running. They had to special order parts to fix my unit. It was a quick turn around during Christmas week. Blaze was thorough, prompt and professional. The rest of the crew at Waycross Heating and Cooling are very kind and helpful. I will always use Waycross Heating and Cooling. I hope Blaze gets accolades for his outstanding work.

Excellent service!! I missed the call stating they were coming out, called back (an hour later) and Blaze was quick to respond. Got here in less than an hour and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great company with great people that do great work. Called them on sunday - arranged monday service. Showed up at 9:30am on the dot. Came totally prepared and had me fixed in no time. Very professional. Clean, well dressed, definitely knew his stuff. Blaze was the tech’s name. He is good. Definitely be calling waycross heating & cooling next time i need air conditioning work. Bill was very, very reasonable. Definitely a great company to contract with.

I had my cooling system installed and what a great job they did! I would recommend them to anyone . they were so clean with everything and careful not to dirty anything. everytime they went outside and came back in they would shake off their boots to make sure they didn't dirty the house . They were very prof. and really nice guys. I can compare them to another co. here in Douglas and they were sloppy didn't fix the problem and charged me an arm and a leg. I want to add that when I asked to have it maintained they said that they don't really do that and I wonder why.

Our air conditioning had been out all night, and we needed someone asap. Waycross Heating and Cooling returned a call from a message I had left the night before. Our service tech Michael was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. Our air was back up and running in less than an hour after he arrived. Thanks so much.
