They have been dumping trash at my property in Denver nc and I've tried to talk to the man doing it but he takes off everytime I try.......he does it at 6am most mornings

Got behind one of their company vehicles and they had their cell phone up and in front of their face while driving down the road. Almost hit a lady in the parking lot. Never stopped messing on the phone. Literally could see them scrolling thru the screens on their phone.
