In 2007, Wayne Construction did the foundation and cement work for a garage addition. The work was excellent; the crews were great, work completed as initially scheduled and invoice price the same as the initial estimate. In 2019, I had a master suite addition with a full basement built. Once again, I called on Wayne construction for the foundation and again, great work. They later followed up with a new three wide concrete driveway with L shape and sidewalks. I’ve enjoyed working with Mike and his crews. I’m an engineer and a perfectionist. My brother had them do the foundation, concrete work for his garage addition. They poured a concrete pad for my daughter’s hot tub in 2021. Only excellent work at very competitive prices. I normally get several quotes before I proceed with a project. H

My husband is a retired cement finisher and said Mikes crew worked together seamlessly! They hustled all day long tearing out an old concrete driveway on a hill. 3 days of pouring completed the job. They also corrected a drainage problem coming from a flower garden.Recent rainstorms confirmed the drainage problem corrected.Very happy with results.

Mike and the crew at Wayne Construction did an excellent job with the concrete for our new garage. They made quick work of a 22x22 garage and a new driveway. They did a great job from start to finish, leaving the site cleaner than they found it. I have no reservations recommending them for any of your concrete work.

As a new homeowner, the prospect of large construction projects can be nerve wracking. The team at Wayne Construction was amazing. They worked perfectly in a relatively small space, and they chance I had to watch the progress was amazing. The communication from the team on site was fantastic as well, from just checking in to follow up care.
