Ordered my generator from Wayne Cook Electric. The service was excellent. The installers and their crew were well respectful of my property, very polite, and readily answered any questions I had. The installation went smoothly. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical job you need.

Todd and Riley were the electrical team that installed a new dedicated circuit for a GFCI receptacle to service a dehumidifier located in the crawl space. Todd was extremely helpful in explaining the process, the options and the technical expertise to perform the work alongside the assistance of Riley. Both gentlemen were professional and pleasant to work with. Very pleased with the results.

My elderly mother had been without electric and the main breaker needed to be replaced. I had originally asked for Chris but they said they could send Todd out same day. Todd could have fixed it same day but had to wait until the electric company could shut off the power. Within 24 hours of my initial call, the main breaker was replaced and power restored. Margaret took my initial call and she was fantastic. Then Todd was awesome, as well. Wayne Cook Electric will have my business for any future needs!

Today two gentlemen from Wayne Cook came here to remove a dangerous electric roof vent fan, Todd and Jessie were here much earlier than I thought they would be, but that was not anything near to being a major issue. They did a good job in replacing the fan motor, which had seen 7 ears of service and was ready to go out from worn bearings. Then, two hours later, even including a trip to the supplier to get the new motor, they had finished the job and were gone to the next one. Good people to deal with every time.
