Revising my review. After contacting Wayne Dalton about a Wayne Dalton garage door that I purchase in February from Lowes, I was informed that the regional installer refused to accept the door. They worked with me and did a great job to find another installer who could install the door. It will be installed tomorrow.
It was the first time I visited this store it was very neat,clean and organized.the employees were very helpful and organized and neat in appearance. I drove from nothern KY to pick up our company order everything was ready to go when I arrived,the guys loaded everything and made sure that the order was correct. You have a good team,thanks for everything
Absolutely horrible i hope noone has a problem and wants this place to help , lady i spoke to was Absolutely useless and had no clue on how to do her job.....steer clear of this place
