Worst service ever They were super nice before we paid the outrageous “emergency” fee — after that, their attitude completely changed. Every time we called, they were rude and gave us the runaround. The tech did nothing but say we needed a new panel, and then the office never followed up. Three days later they suddenly said we had to replace the entire door. They got our money for doing absolutely nothing. Stay far away from this company.

This place is a disgrace!! You have on your website we accommodate all customers!! But when you call them,it's we only sell to dealers!! Everything is about money and it's a shame what America has become, I see why you only have 3 star's bc you guy's suck at customers service and everything is about ripping people off!!! Everyone hates that you can fix stuff on your own and you won't pay the inflation price that they are trying to charge!! I hope 1 day that the owner of this company realized at some point you better start taking care of customers or you won't be in business that long, customers are what keeps you in business, I don't know how many time i jave to let people know that without customers you're nothing!

This company keeps getting worse each time ,,, worst customer service,, lazy guys in the warehouse don’t help the customers,,, they just give you the parts the wrong way,,, I will not be buying from them at the Irving location on gateway,,,, it was so so much better when Keith was running that place

This company is a rip off, tried to order a 16’ top panel builders grade and that quoted me $700 for 1 panel, I can buy a complete door for that price. I have been in business for 35 years and I will never do business with this company, people working in office don’t care.

Wasn't even in the parking lot for more than 2 minutes before. Someone tried to tell us to leave their parking lot. What if I was a customer and I was looking to buy a garage door? This is how you treat customers, I will no longer have further business to do with this company. Poor customer service
