Drove 4 hours one way to pick up 5 - 12 foot panels from Wayne Dalton, was told we needed to pick up by end of month. Showed up 2 days before end of month to find out they were closed for inventory for 2 days and some computer program update. They never took time to call us as they said they did not have time, but he aregued with me for 5 minutes or more about how they would not give the panels to us to tell us they were closed (which there was all sort of people standing around), which it would have taken less time to call us. Website and google never show hours as being closed ( I was there 1.5 hours before their posted close time online), phone system said nothing about being closed and also stated thier normal business hours which I was there during that time. Save yourself the trouble. Had a garage door panel on order since December, it is now the end of march, what a joke. Come on guys, get it together please!!!
