We just had our garage door serviced by Wayne Dalton Sales and Service. The problems revolved around the opener losing it’s programming for the up and down limits. The service man adjusted the door spring, and the drive chain tension and lubricated all door hinges. He checked the programming in the Genie drive head and it appeared OK. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. If you need garage door service, I would highly recommend Wayne Dalton

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After accidentally backing into my garage door and denting the strut, I spoke with Ryan and after hours he texted me reassuring me and made sure the manager was aware of it in the morning. I called the next day and Joe at the office was able to schedule me with an incredible turnaround time of just one day. On the day of service, Joel, the technician, went above and beyond. Not only did he salvage my existing garage panel, but he also installed the new strut, tuned the system, and aligned the track and spring. Ryan my technician came out, he was early, he was professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my problem and got me back up and running, not to mention a super nice guy I wish all companies operated and hired like them, I would recommend and will use them in the future!

Didn’t know who to call when the garage door wouldn’t open. Called the number of an older sticker on the garage door and LUCKILY I got connected to Wayne/Dalton and their technician Joel!! What outstanding service! Joel was very personable and honest. He did what he could but since it was an older model of opener, I needed a new one. Joel made sure to explain what product would work best for my home and didn’t try to push some fancier, expensive model. He listened to my preferences. He stayed in contact until he returned to install the new unit and fully explained everything I needed to know. I hope the company gives Joel a raise because he is a great representative for the business - one of the good guys all homeowners hope to deal with! Thank You Wayne/Dalton and Joel🙂

Joel was great, very professional. He provided courtesy call letting us know his arrival time. Once he got here we discussed the problem and he was able to fix the cables and springs with no issue. He had our garage door repaired in under an hour. He was awesome and I highly recommend this company.
