Kevin Peacock did an outstanding job! He quickly fixed my garage issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire garage for any defects, which gave me real peace of mind. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just complete the repair, he walked me through how to connect my garage door to WiFi and made sure I understood how everything works. Last night, my garage door broke. I contacted another company last night. They scheduled a technician to come by this morning to give me an estimate. I was shocked at the price. I paid the service fee, but decided to call Wayne Dalton, the installers listed on a tag on my garage door. I am so happy I did! I spoke with Tony. He was so professional and kind and was able to find a technician, Jeff, who the parts on his truck and could come by today to fix it. I was quoted the price to fix it over the telephone. Not only were they both friendly, definitely customer oriented, and efficient, my garage door was fixed at 1/4 of the price of the first companies’s estimate! I trust and would highly recommend using Wayne Dalton.

Kevin was amazing! He came out and gave an assessment of what he found and an estimate for repairs. It turned out to be a broken spring in our overhead garage door. Unfortunately I needed to raise the level of some overhead shelves in order to accommodate a new upgraded spring roller. Kevin scheduled a follow up appointment once I had a chance to get that done and showed up exactly on time again consistent with the first visit. At his recommendation, we replaced the broken lightweight spring with the heavier upgraded spring assembly as well as new lift cables, and rollers. The door runs smoother and quieter than the day we moved in. I literally love opening the door now thanks to Kevin! 10 stars A++++++++
