Wayne's Chem-Dry

Sharlne and her son Byrce were upfront about reasonable pricing and answered all questions. They offered upgrades with no pressure to purchase. They were not able to show up at the agreed upon time, BUT proactively communicated when they would arrive so my husband and I weren't in the dark. They cleaned two carpeted rooms in two hours and I could smell the freshness of their non-toxic products as they were cleaning. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before requesting payment and leaving, including reassuring us that our hardwood flooring was not impacted by their heavy-duty equipment. The carpets were dry within a few hours. The Wayne's Dry-Chem crew is exceptionally kind and I will use them again for our future carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend this family-owned business

I’ve used Wayne’s ChemDry since 1996. They are absolutely amazing. Such a genuinely, good honest family. I tried another company one time in the area that came in and used shampoo and made my carpet worse. Their carpet cleaning process is amazing. It dries very quickly. We’ve never had a spot they could not get rid of. I will never use anyone else.

They’ve been out to clean carpets for me twice now, and they’ve done an amazing job both times. I would highly recommend using them. They are really nice people who do awesome work!!

Bryce did a great job of cleaning our couch and rugs and was very courteous and professional. Also, the woman who I spoke with on the phone for pricing and scheduling was super nice and pleasant. Highly recommend this company!
