Wayne's Drains Backhoe & Septic Service, LLC

I called around a few places to get my septic pumped. Decided on Wayne’s drains because the woman I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and friendly. This was the first time pumping our septic so I had no clue about how anything worked or where our septic even was. The guys who came out were punctual and friendly, and were very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend Wayne’s drains after such a positive experience and will be continuing to use them in the future for any other services needed.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Staff was extremely rude and confrontational. They ran over my lawn furniture and firepit with a backhoe and even threw a heavy metal pole through my son’s trampoline. I was told they were just coming to survey the yard and drop off equipment, but they started destroying my property instead. When I called the owner to report it, his daughter called me a liar—even though I was watching it happen in real time. After I showed her photos and video proof, she claimed it was “in the contract” that they’re allowed to do this. Then she actually came to my property, sat in a lawn chair, and aggressively stared through my window while her brother worked. Completely unprofessional and disturbing. Didn’t do any work at my house but been trying to pump out my neighbors tank. They needed to come down my driveway after the snowstorm I had my driveway cleared but my neighbor part to his house wasn’t as cleared as my side. Told the driver and his partner after they got stuck on my neighbor side not to back down my driveway it’s almost impossible to do, due to the hills and loose gravel. Of course they did when I walked back in to my house. they kept getting stuck. Kept digging up the road with a shovel making bumps for the future until spring when I can repair it. Tried calling the office 5xs no one ever answers the phone!!.. I’ve called at 1030am 1230p last Friday called again on Wednesday at 11am and today 910a and 1208p how do you get a hold of them?!! Disappointing as I was referred

Wayne's Drains did everything exceptionally well. They communicated well, they were professional and courteous, and they did a super job pumping out my tank - it's never been so clean! It's a family business that takes pride in their work. I'll definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
