Wayne flooring. I do not recommend. As I posted previously, his hired crew did a terrible job with engineered hard flooring. They also cut the flooring in my house...Dust everywhere... Who does that. Then Waynex Flooring tells me "I'll make it tight" then refused to pay to have the home cleaned. Add to the insult, there were exposed nails sticking back up through the new flooring , the entire floor required to be pulled up and redone. Looking at other reviews, The responses seem to be a broken record "this is not true" or "this is a lie"! If I'm lying take me to court. It won't happen because I have puctures. I wonder, Can you give a zero Stars Rating?

We've worked with Wayne several times over the last 20 years, including 2 complete re-carpeting projects in our 3000 sq.ft. physical therapy clinic. He's always been extremely friendly and easy to work with, and the finished products have always been top notch. I would highly recommend using Wayne for any of your carpeting and flooring needs!

We are VERY satisfied with our floors. The quality of the product is excellent, customer service from Wayne and Annette, the owners, is great, and the installers did a super job. I would highly recommend Wayne's Floor Covering.

Wayne reglued several loose transition pieces and to fill the small gaps at joints, he used a completely different type of trim that did not match at all. It was a different size, shape, and color. There was another area that the glue did not hold and Wayne did go back to reglue it, but he would not replace the filler pieces that did not match the existing trim. Ultimately we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Wayne would not accept our offer of partial payment for the work he did complete. The quality of work was terrible.

Terrible Buisness ethic. I contracted Wayne floor Covering for carpet and hardwood floor install. His sub contract installers cut the wood flooring in my home (who does that) Heavy sawdust layer on everything throughout my home. Wayne promised to make things right but now refuses to pay more then 200 dollars to clean 3200 Sq ft home. In addition the installers had to completely tear out and replace wood floor due to poor instalation (visible nails, split and splintering wood at seems) I will never go back. Owners word not trustworthy. Will now have to seek legal remedy.
