These guys are amazing. They worked in the hottest of days dripping sweat with smiles on their faces. Their only concern was getting me cool. Cool doesn't even do this thing justice-Arctic Vibes. If you want a company that does exactly what they say they do, in a punctual and courteous manner delivering quality service/products-Wayne is your man! I'm thrilled with what they've done for me and I will call them again for any other issues. I'm grateful.

John & Shawn exceeded all expectations when performing a routine checkup of our HVAC. They found both indoor and outdoor units were very dirty, communicated well as they thoroughly cleaned and tested our system and ensured we were happy before they left. We will be using Wayne's again. Thanks.

My husband and I contacted this company for a new heating and cooling system in 2017 and ever since we've had to call them twice for different reasons. The most recurring issue is a leakage that floods the house. Look at the pictures. I currently have an infant and a toddler, and I can't even afford to turn the A/C off in this hot weather. It looks like the guys that did the installation did not do a good job for us. Unfortunately for us, we referred the company to another family but they don't have the issues we are having. This just confirms to me that the installation was faulty. **We just called him again, but no one showed up. Our AC went up on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Wayne knowing we had young children at home, made us a priority ❤️. Him and his team replaced our unit, took the old unit out and cleaned up after themselves. Wayne took the time to answer all my questions. He also followed up with us to make sure our unit was working out well for us.
