Wayne came out to our home to do all the outdoor electrical work on our new farmhouse style front porch. Both Wayne & Joe were extremely professional, friendly, super respectful, & explained everything to us step by step with great pricing for everything. They both worked in a very timely manner & even came out to work on the holiday to get the rough electric done & completed the outlets with safety covers so we now have the full power outside for the remaining work to be completed safely. Everyday when they left, they left the work area clean & neat. Couldn’t be more happier to have such great professionals working at my house. I will definitely continue to use his services. We just had this installed by Wayne’s Home Services because since we moved here almost 5 years ago we realized how terrible the water is down here and we needed a water softener. Before when we showered, you would have to work so hard to remove the soap & shampoo/ conditioner. Also your skin would feel dry & itchy. Not any more this made such a difference and in time I am sure we will see more benefits. Plus this will protect our pipes and appliances. Wayne also installed our new Rinnai heat pump water heater! Plus he remodled our pool bathroom and replaced our master bedroom flooring! He does an amazing job! Thanks Wayne !

Had a mishap in our kitchen due to a water leak. Flooring was ruined and needed to be replaced. Contacted Wayne from Wayne's Home Services and we could not be happier. Wayne came over the very next day and showed us samples of different kinds of flooring. We chose a luxury vinyl plank, gorgeous and water proof. Wayne and Joe had the new flooring installed in our kitchen, dining and living room finished in two days. They took care of everything and wasted no time. Very fair pricing and was upfront with how much it was going to cost. We actually went over the cost a few times so we were comfortable with where it was going to be. Wayne was awesome. he was recommended to me by my handyman to fix a bad leakage. he fixed it 1-2-3 . I then called him back to install a body shower. the work was magnificent. he works quickly and efficiently. goes over what needs to be done with you to ensure you are comfortable, before he starts the process. he went above and beyond by adding shutoff valves for the shower. once the work was complete, he tested everything thoroughly before resetting the drywall. he worked so efficiently and was very thorough and conscious of not leaving any mess behind.
