Waypoint Builders took on a massive renovation job for me and I couldn't have been happier with his professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of work. This was a complete renovation of a 4,500 sq ft home that included removing a main load bearing wall and installing steel beams, complete overhaul of kitchen, bathrooms, master suite and much more. Not a single wall was left untouched. Throughout the 6 month job Andrew was on site multiple times each week, keeping his subs on schedule despite a less than cooperative winter. The finished product was delivered on time and on budget and thanks to his excellent work the house was subsequently featured in a regional home and design magazine!
