WCA- Bay City

I called six times over a seven week period. At first I was asking them to replace my broken container. After a month, I cancelled my service and just asked that the container be removed. After seven weeks the broken container is still in my yard. This is absolutely abysmal customer service. Avoid this company.

The garbage truck came down my street, my can was not picked up but all of my neighbors were. My can is regularly left by the driver on the other side of the road. I have tree trimmings that have not been picked up in three weeks.

I’m not sure what’s going on over there at the WCA but they have skipped my tote multiple times within the past 3 weeks. I run a business that accumulates quite a lot of trash and my tote gets full quickly so now I have to store my trash in the closet. Also the phone number provided is a non-working number. So how am I supposed to talk to anyone??

Left a full load in driveway before a 3 day weekend. Guess the driver was tired, or didn’t care. Will get another vendor.

I know very little about wait to getting rid of in my trash. I called this morning and a kind lady answered the phone, I shared with her about the concrete I had placed in my trash. She was kind and directed me in the right direction to dispose of the concrete in the future.
