We had a great experience working with Wolf. The project lead, Zack, did an amazing job residing our house. Everyone was very communicative and kept us up to date on the progress. The plan was clearly defined before hand and pretty much followed to the letter minus a few setbacks due to weather. The quality of the work was superb and in cases where things looked like they could get difficult, having Zack's ingenuity, expertise and imagination paid off. We are amazed by his work. Any time he found an issue, he took the time to explain to us what he saw and why it was bad (or good). There were even things that only professionals would notice that he pointed out to us. Can't put zero stars unfortunately. Had to go behind everything Ray did and touch it up which I was fine with considering the prices he bids at. Until he built a tile shower for me that was totally uneven. I brought up to him the the shower pan wasn't a square and he argued with me only to admit I was right three days later. Then upon completion we turned the water on and the shower didn't drain, spilled ALOT of water over the uneven curb into the bathroom, and pooled water on the seat because it slopes backwards. Ray told me that was what I paid for and refused to do anything about it. I'm fairly ok with semi skewed cosmetic finishing, but when something isn't functional you need to stand by your work as a business owner. Absolutely horrible. Only use Ray if you want half finished work and to get the run around every time you bring something up if it is wrong -- which it is guaranteed to be. We are left with an unlimited amount of shoddy work, horrible paint jobs and a ruined unfunctional bathroom. Look for literally anyone else and you will have a much better experience!
