Top notch work! I am in Greenwood and my gas hot water heater went kaput. I had tried a different place at first, but the guy never bothered to return my calls or show up to repair it as he promised. I am fairly new to the area and someone recommended WD Sheet Metal, and I am glad she did. The guy was here first thing in the morning and replaced a faulty part and told me there is a safety switch that needs replacing. Long story short is the guys were awesome. Had hot water right away and they had to come back to check the switch. They were very professional and they told me my tank was from 2009 and it is pretty much at the end of it's lifespan, but there was no hard sell or anything. They just wanted me to know that my tank was a lot older than the inspection report said. I highly recomme

Called to see if we could have a split AC moved. WD came and assessed in two weeks and the move was completed the next day. Our installer (Kenny) showed us how to use the AC remote. Thanks for the great service.

I learned about WD Sheet Metal about 12 years ago when I bought the house and upgrade included getting rid of baseboard heating and 1970's air conditioning system. Installed a heat pump with natural gas backup furnace which also involved updating all the ducting and vents. With the initial installation they were bang on with the quote and everything done on time. Had an issue with the furnace and opted to install a better one about 4 years ago. No issues, except this winter found the furnace throwing an error code and waiting an hour or two before resetting and trying to heat. A quick text and call to Jeremy at about 9pm on a Friday night. Felt bad calling him during his Christmas party but he was able to give me some pointers and was ready to come out that evening or the following day (

Service call to senior's home due to dead thermostat batteries. Total time on site was 10 minutes. Took 5 minutes to replace 2 aa batteries. Total fee was $113! The "professional" journeyman did not reset the thermostat temperature so the house went cold first night. Next day the furnace cover holding the filter falls off due to improper replacement. I can understand a service fee for time, fuel etc. But this type of business practice is pathetic. Never again.
