Out of courtesy, Andrew removed his shoes while indoors and kept me informed throughout the service call. Great experience working with this business again to have my heat pump cleaned (my pump was long overdue for it). Maeve arrived on time, was here for a little over an hour, and was very professional, in addition to being very friendly with my dogs. Total cost was $242, which seems reasonable. Honestly, it's hard to get anybody to come to your house to work on something for less than $300 these days.

Great experience with Maeve for a cleaning with our heat pump. Maeve was able to come earlier than scheduled which helped my timing for the day, took care of the cleaning efficiently and explained ways to care for the heat pump system for longer life. As an added bonus, Maeve is also a dog lover and my dog was thrilled to have a visitor who gave her some attention, too. Great service, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Maeve.

Your service man is absolutely a delight. He was efficient with his time, and very friendly. He was unable to clean the outside unit because it was too cold, but he will return later. The whole experience was very good. The inside unit is working well now. Thanks.
