We take it to Hart lawn and home maintenance

On or about August 1st I hired "We Take It To Hart" Landscaping to do some Landscaping for my yard. Chester's fee was $45 an hour for two people. The work overall was substandard but the main issue I have is with the stone landscaping work he did around a palm tree. Please refer to the included pics. I wasn't happy with the shape and the masonry glue he told me to purchase wasn't right but he used it anyway after admitting it wasn't the right glue. At one point he it was encroaching on my neighbors yard and argued with me about moving it. My neighbor literally had to produce his survey to prove it was on his property. His solution was to leave the stone as is and chip off the glue that oozed on the stone pavers. Also he wanted me to pay him for his time to chip off the glue. I ask

I contacted this company 5 months ago on a moment's notice not knowing what I was going to get. To my surprise the owner Chester has been doing our lawn service ever since. Reasonable prices and very respectful. He does an awesome job. Chester is very engaging and polite. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Chester. And another thing I fail to mention after having our lawn cut he did such a good job I got him two other houses to do

I decided to give him a chance being it was a simple task of trim and clean up. (Landscaping) Chester not only failed to come to first appointment, he had a temper tantrum when I simply said it was unprofessional being that I paid for that service. This guy is a hot headed mess. Stay away.

The owner has given himself a 5 star review, imagine that. Well they're not worth 5 stars. Should be zero. Landscaping companies are a dime a dozen and Chester will put the blame for him and his crew damaging property, not showing up at proper times, and his anger on the customer. I'd look elsewhere

Substandard service for the price. Owner Chester has a huge temper and a short fuse. Will verbally berate people who don't tolerate his childish behavior and lack of accountability. Workers don't pay attention to their surroundings, and always leave weed whacker string in the yard. They only care about money, not about being a respectable company. Chester can claim this is fake until he's blue in the face but it is the truth. There are landscapers everywhere and being disrespectful will get you tossed aside for the next cheapest company.
