I would give 0 stars if I could. Installed a brand new unit Nov/Dec and once it got warm in Apr/May, the house was not cooling. This guy does not respond, his voicemail is full, and ignores texts. We have renters coming today and we’ve been trying to get him out to the property for over a month without response. Now I have to call for another provider and eat the service cost. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

SCAM! Bro took $3,500 then disappeared! No call no show. Hiring a lawyer!

Literally the worst they’ve came out three separate times trying to fix a brand new system and each time it’s something simple that they just. Such as lifting the heat pump off the ground And then the mercy heat would not work. He forgot to wire that up correctly. he also did not put a tray inside of the furnace the filter And now it’s not even keeping up at 40° because he set the blower solo and he mentioned it before he left last time but he did not fix it so now he hast to come out again

WE DO NOT, HAVE NOT, NOR WILL WE LEAVE/ABANDON A JOB SITE WITHOUT BEING 100% COMPLE

I'm so grateful that we came across this company, weather wizard installed a new HVAC system in our home that we are rehabilitating. The service was very PROFESSIONAL & NEAT ! THE AIR & HEAT IN OUR NRW HOME RUNS LIKE A CHAMP! THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. Hashim was promt, & highly recommended through an investor that has had several homes serviced by WEATHER WIZARD. I'm so glad that I found him!! Thank you.
