According to LinkedIn, Mr Charles Shade and his Shade Property Management are registered under this company. I feel compelled to write this because what was done to me could be happening to someone else. Please be careful with this so call professionals that are looking to simply get money out of you in the name of their understanding of the law. I am currently facing an eviction notice from this company after having a clean payment record under the property for almost two years. After paying for their so call "legal fees", they were only willing to provide me with a poorly hand written receipt and literally kicked me out of my apartment.
