After dealing with a previous tech who overcharged us and didn’t fix the issue (and ended up being a total scammer), Mr. Castillo has been the complete opposite: professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and our Go to. Last night, our AC completely stopped cooling after a power outage, and the house was stuck in 80+ degree heat and humidity all night. I reached out to Mr. Castillo on a Sunday morning and addressed my concerns right away, saving us from a miserable day in the heat. I’m so grateful for his help and integrity.
