I was SO pleased with my experience with Weathersafe Restoration! They handled every step in the complicated insurance process for me. They were extremely timely and responsive to my many questions and kept me informed on timeline throughout the project. Ultimately, I was very happy with the end result and all the work that was performed to replace my roof and siding. I was nervous about all the aspects and steps involved, and Weathersafe eased all my anxiety and handled it all.

I had amazing experience with Corey and his crew! They gave us the best price and warranty we could find and then made sure to save us money at every step since we were paying out of pocket. The team was quick and did amazing work. Strongly recommend working with them!

UPDATE: They were quick to resolve the issue after this review. Finally received the lien wavier from Lindsey. Jordan called me afterwards and told me that I should’ve got it in the mail (same words as before). Told him we talked about it multiple times and I did not get it in the mail otherwise I wouldn’t keep contacting him about it. He then said he’ll talk to Lindsey and it will take a while because it needs to be notarized. I told him that Lindsey emailed it to me just right before he called me so it’s been resolved. Lindsey also states that it does not need to be notarized. Makes me think he probably didn’t check with admin, my thought. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tom A. and the WeatherSafe team. A different company mismanaged our insurance claim then left us high and dry. Tom was recommended to us and he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood our options. In the end we were able to get our claim approved, all thanks to Tom. The quality of their work is outstanding — my roof looks fantastic. The crew was respectful and clearly takes pride in what they do. I had a great experience with Marc and the team at Weathersafe. They did the entire job all in 1 day, left with the dumpster the same day even (my friend and his roofer have had their dumpster in their driveway going on day 3...). I found a few pieces of trash the next day (they finished in the dark) and they even came back and did another full sweep of my entire yard. Afterwards didn't find a single piece. Roof looks great, would highly recommended!
