Garage door motor started smoking late Thursday evening. I called Weaver Door around noon on Friday and he said he could get me into his schedule the following week on Thursday since he had a busy schedule. I was unsure if I just wanted the motor fixed or a new door because of issues in the past and requested a quote for both. He gave me the price to replace the motor, which I thought was very reasonable. He was in constant communication with me and gave me an ETA on the day of the appointment. He told me that the door was actually in good shape and that it still has life in it. Fixed the motor and recommended that I had a bar installed to extend the life of the garage longer. Called and discussed my needs for a shaft mount door opener, they made a great recommendation at a lower price then competitors, they were able to fit me in the same week to install also! installation went flawless, they cleaned everything up and was able to discard my old opener for me.. Theu took the time to explain all the new features and even linked my vehicles up to it. Would not hesitate to use them again.. excellent!

Scott did a fantastic job. He was very responsive, professional, clean and knowledgeable. He completely replaced the existing doors and tracks and installed new ones.
