Many times, if not always, one would normally cringe to have to contact a company to do maintenance and evaluate for repairs - but it is actually a joy to be able to know that Weaver Fuels is our 'go to' for heating issues. They go above and beyond to quickly schedule their time to meet our needs and to access the problem as well as expediently remedy our concerns and get us up and running efficiently. Long time (12+ year) customer of Weaver fuels that will now be leaving after our prepaid fuel is depleted and service contract is up, due to current ownership/management's severe lack of customer focus. David was rude and condescending to both my wife and I over the phone. We were charged $370+ for coil cleaning, which had been performed by Weaver fuels numerous times in prior years for us as part of our annual furnace service and inspection at no additional cost as it was part of our service plan. When I called to understand when the change occurred and if customers were informed, David was rude and arrogant. He simply kept stating it had always been that way and he couldn't see why he should give me any sort of discount when I wasn't "smart enough" to know I had to schedule the coil c

Weaver Fuels has taken care of our fuel delivery and maintenance for over 30 years. They are true professionals; quality work, prompt and friendly staff that would leave the work area cleaner then before they arrived. We highly recommend them.

Your technician Scott just left after doing a cleaning on my oil burner. This is the first time I have used Weaver Fuels and I plan on being a repeat customer. My parents use this company and they stated allegedly the furnace that was installed wasn't installed properly because they tried to save my parents money! We located a hole that has been beside the furnace for over 5 yrs when the thing was installed. So all this time so much $ has been going out the hole in heating and cooling. Then 2 weeks ago my Mom called for kerosene when the prices were still was half decent. Today we called to see why they had not delivered it yet. He stated that he couldn't get any at that point because he didn't have enough customers needing it. And now he isn't getting any because he "THINKS" the price will come back down in a few days. This company is a JOKE!!!
