WEB Excavating performed a septic inspection for our home purchase just over a year ago. We have now discovered a massive root system causing critical damage to our waste tank that will cost thousands to fix. The problem clearly existed and should have been easily identifiable in the timeframe of our inspection. We previously contacted the Owner of WEB Excavating to discuss a different issue with the liquid collection tank, learned he knew of the issue during the inspection and did not include it in the report, and ultimately ignored our requests for communication and resolution. Buyer beware.
Have had multiple inspections and services done on our sceptic system at Lake Anna. They are very thorough and always do a fantastic job.
