Webb Floors

I have 4 cracked floor tiles that I needed to be replaced. I have the tiles and grout to replace them. Being a flooring company I thought that either they might could replace them or recommend someone to do it. No to both. Definitely wouldn't consider this place for future flooring needs. EDIT....Thank you for putting in your reply that there were some local handyman that I could call but didn't mention them to me in person while at your store when i asked for names. I apologize for asking for your help.

I have been waiting for over a year to hear back from the manufacturer. Supposedly we were going to get right to the bottom of it, never heard anything.. floor will not stay together very unhappy

Sorry I am a man of few words. If my wife could write this it would be much more detailed. Unfortunately she has been out of town and let me manage this project by myself. My floor installation was completed today and I just want to share my experience. * Very friendly from start to finish. * Stuck to install estimate as much as possible. There were many hidden damages and issues under the existing flooring. They only changed me a little extra for the labor and cost of the extra materials at their cost. * No waste from the perfect measurements. Only a few planks left over. Less than one box from a 1,200 sf job. * Amazing job on the installation. We are in a 50 year old townhouse.
