We drive from Twin Falls to do our plant shopping. I love the huge variety that is available and I know that we are going to get a quality product! The staff is always amazing! Very helpful and friendly!

The company Webb is good, skip the Bellevue location go to Ketchum or Twin Falls. I continually have a mediocre at best if not, terrible experience in Bellevue. if you live in Bellevue and can't travel go to Sun Valley Garden Center or one of the other Bellevue local garden centers. don't make 15 minute drive outside of town to be treated poorly.

Found a garden foundation I really liked, went to buy it and found out it was on sale. Even better! Cashier mentioned no returns, which we thought was fine since we like it. However, when they delivered it was missing the part that makes it work. No mention that the fountain wasn’t working or missing pieces when I purchased it. I understand the no-return policy on sale items but to misrepresent your items as working isn’t a good way of doing business. At least put a sign that says “missing piece” or something to represent that I’m buying a broken item. We called to check if they can help with the piece and they made it out like I should have known it was broken since it was on sale! Especially frustrating seeing that I was expecting to purchase it at full price and they didn’t mention why

Today at 5pm your driver cut off 4 vehicles instead of yielding to on coming traffic while pulling out of you place of business.

Great selection, super helpful staff and got a free hot dog too!!
