Negitive ☆☆☆☆☆ stars Updated 3/6/26 - this review is my personal opinion with dealings with John Weber, which is protected under the First Amendment. Weber Property Services LLC located in Lilly Pa. charges for things they didn't do, bills for things you already had, refuses to give a detailed invoice of services performed, then talks down to you if you ask any questions. John gave me a generic invoice and demand payment on the spot without giving me a chance to review the invoice. I've asked for over 4 weeks for a detailed invoice and all I got were meaningless emails with insults and lies. - He charged me for 16 footers when in fact he only had to do 4, the other ones were already there... then refused to give me credit for the 12 he didn't do. - He charged me for electrical wire I alr

Wonderful service. Extremely professional. Eager to please and very accommodating. Workers are respectful and pleasant. No radios, no foul language. I highly recommend John Weber and his crew. Would definitely hire them again if the need arose.

When hiring an operator, you never know what you’re going to get. With WPS, you’re getting one of the best equipment operators I’ve seen. I’ve worked with land clearing equipment in the past and it was immediately apparent that Mr. Weber knew exactly what he was doing. WPS cleared out an overgrown corner of our property in one day that would have taken a year by hand. 100% recommend. Thank you!

This company is awesome. He came out to my camp in the middle of the woods and cleared land for a garage and cut a trail. Great communication and awesome final product.

My fiance Candy and I are extremely happy with Weber Property Service. We needed a smaller Job done and had contacted a few other services who came out and gave us a price and said they would be back in a week or so to get started but they never came. Then they didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to answer our calls or return messages. So we finally came upon Weber's and John was amazing out of the gate and even though he did and said basically the same as the others did, he actually meant it. He stayed in touch multiple times throughout the process to let us know what was what and his brother Jim was just as accommodating. Good guys w/great attitudes. I would highly recommend them.
