Weber R&H. Pleased with their service from the start. Phone call with the receptionist at headquarters, their technician, Tyler and the email for a quote (new unit). All where knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions and were able to fix my unit considering its age. Will definitely call them again next time. Very helpful, thank you!!
AC was not working right and it's getting up near 100. Tech checked the system and added Freon, which was low. House is now nice and cool.
Had the pleasure of meeting Trenton today. Took care of issues with pilot light in my furnace. Knowledgeable tech and very kind and considerate young man!!!
My heater was making a weird sound.Called Weber and in like 2 hours they were here to fix. Turned out another person who put in a part didn’t secure wiring and it came loose, was an easy fix . So greatful for speedy and excellent service. I will always call them first !! So happy and warm in my house. Thank You !!
