So far he's great! Needs to check some parts prices and will get back with me tomorrow. Heck of a nice man. Review update: never called back when we called him he said the part we need was on back order that was 2 years ago. Still not fixed and no call back for a update.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Personal friends and family have had HORRIBLE experiences with them installing units then not honoring the warranty. Local business has been without heat/air for 5 days. They have been out 3 times and still haven't fixed the actual issue. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

A/C has been out for two weeks waiting for them to come out. Said they were coming out each week. First week they rescheduled and the second week they said they would not coming at all. My grandfather was also on the schedule to get several of his (4+) units checked and was told on the day he was scheduled for that he wasn’t worth coming out to. Keep in mind Webster was the one’s that installed the units for my grandfather.

This company is a joke. They have left us with no A.C for 3 days with a 8 month old baby. And just finally got in contact with us saying they aren't ordering our part and won't be back some company this is.

Kevin came out and fixed my ac in under 30 mins. He was extremely professional!
