They were awesome. Dealt with saleman Clay.. great customer service! And the two installers were unbelievable! They even took time to trim 3 interior doors due to thick carpet!!! That is what makes them 5* ! Will definitely recommend them ot family and friends.

Wonderful people to work with ,from Ann taking a picture showing how the flooring looks with the kitchen cabinets and our furniture, to the installers removing all the carpet and ceramic floors. The guys worked so hard 4 days to do every room including the bathrooms with the luxury vinyl blank flooring. Every day they cleaned up before they left and was on time every morning. I'm so sorry guys I forgot your names forgive me .You both did a great job !!!! Thanks you all.

Had a mixed experience. Everyone involved (sales, support, installers, etc) was incredibly pleasant to work with. The materials are perfect, no issue there. Our flooring job had numerous stained pieces that were ready at different times and a few one-offs that we had to wait for due to the stainer being backed up and the initial scope missing necessary pieces. Our hardwood flooring and stair install took over 3 months to complete. The only advice I would give to other customers is to make sure that the job scoped every piece of material needed before you sign the order so the job isn't stretched out over multiple months like mine was. Installer (Bill) was amazing.

Wecker’s had excellent customer service and made our decision for carpet installation easy. The installers were efficient and friendly. They moved furniture carefully and respectfully. I will be using Wecker’s again if needed.

From planning to sourcing to installation, Jay & the team were great to work with. We are very happy with the finished job they did and the way it transformed our room better than expected.
