I had discovered a rat infestation in my attic after removing drywall from a roof leak. I had some friends remove the insulation and vacuum the best they could and wanted to have it all sprayed with disinfectant before reinstalling insulation. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but he also showed genuine care in making sure our issue was handled properly. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond his normal responsibilities. When we mentioned the little critters we were dealing with, Josh offered to come back the very next day and take care of them himself—even though it wasn’t technically part of his job. We had a great experience with the technician Joevany Escobar from We Do Creepy Pest Control. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely thorough during the inspection. He carefully checked our attic and found a small rodent activity. He clearly explained the proper process — placing traps first and sealing later so the rodent won’t get trapped inside the house. I really appreciated how patient he was in explaining everything and how detailed he was during the inspection. Excellent service and a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Great service overall. Both Mike and Javier are very friendly, punctual, and clearly know what they do. They took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything is handled carefully and professionally. I feel confident in their work and appreciated their attention to detail. The only downside is that I still think that the price is on the higher side, but the quality of service and professionalism definitely stand out.
